All returns are subject to a restocking fee or deduction of full value reimbursement if item is not returned in new condition or missing original manufacturer labeling and packaging.
Parts must be unused, untested, and uninstalled; re-saleable in like new condition, and in the original manufacturer packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.

All electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse a return on any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
Return requests need to be made within 30 days of receipt.
Delivery details
All orders are subject to a one business day in processing time.  In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
Standard ground shipping takes one to five business days to arrive.
Forms of expedited shipping are available at checkout.  Please note that this is after any necessary processing time.
Oversized shipments will incur additional fees.  Please review your shipping charges at checkout prior to processing payment.
We cannot guarantee transit times for standard ground shipping and oversized orders.
